Hey friend, We got the CPI data this morning, which came in at 2.7% annually – right in line with expectations. Core CPI – which excludes food and energy – came in at 2.9%, slightly below estimates. A New York state manufacturing survey came in far ahead of expectations, which might indicate most analysts are underpricing the strength of the US economy. Tomorrow we get producer prices.
