Hey friend,
This morning, we got retail sales, producer prices, and more consumer confidence data.
Other than the consumer confidence data, the rest were all reports that were previously delayed due to the shutdown.
On the retail side, September sales data showed a much smaller rise than previously expected.
Producer prices were in line with estimates, showing a 2.7% increase from the year before.
And consumer confidence once again showed a sharp decline – not unexpected given how weak sentiment has been.
